Infused honey is great in your tea
when you need a lift. It's a wonderful
immune booster and has natural anti-
inflammatory and anti-bacterial
properties. You can find this recipe
and others in my book, At Home With
Cannabis.
Ingredients
10 g dried cannabis flower
200 ml raw local honey
Method
1) Place the cannabis inside pantihose
or cheesecloth and tie it to make a
little bag.
2) Place the cannabis and honey into a
far and seal.
3) Place water into your slow-cooker
and set on low.
4) Place the jar with cannabis and
honey into the water in the slow-
cooker and put the lid on.
5) Heat on low for 4 hours – checking
regularly to release pressure from
the jar.
6) Remove the jar from the slow-
cooker and when the honey is cool
enough to touch, remove the bag of
cannabis from the honey jar and
squeeze out any honey from this.
7) Seal the jar and store in the fridge
or a cool, dark cupboard. If
correctly stored it can remain
potent for years.
