The graph shows that majority of the clienteles are satisfied with the
online services offered by the library. Online services were really important in
this time of pandemic, by this the library created a page to cater the needs of
the students through the FB page where they can chat or e-mail their needs
like books and e-books and others. Next to online resources was a service of
the library staff, library physical set-up, the library services and programs
then the library collections. But in totality, the office of the library and
information services provides its clienteles quality, reliable and updated
resources that will help them easy to find information and other concerns.
Some comments, suggestions, and recommendation of the client:
1. Posting updates on the FB Page.
2. Borrowing of books must be implemented 3 to 5 days to the students.
3. There is time schedule in every department to enter the library.
4. Continue achieving the dreams of the students.
5. Continue the good service to all the students.
6. It should have enough library space, chairs and computers to be used for
the students.
7. The computers as well as online resources are useful especially to the
needs of JHCSCians.
8. Additional books and updated books in the library.
9. The online books are available in all subjects.
