Venomous Rose what a great name for a
band! When did you guys form and who is
in the band?

Thanks! We officially formed back in 2019, however
Dan Griffith’s (Guitar) and Josh Grainger (Drums) have
been friends since school and Dan later discovered Sam
Fuller on bass and Matteo Di Marco’s Italian frontman
swagger, on one of our many crazy drunken nights out in
Nottingham.

What kind of sub-genres are you a fan of in
the rock, metal and underground genre?

We love everything to do with 80’s glam/hair/sleaze!
We also listen to lots of other types of music – basically
Anything that rocks! But for us, the kind of sleazy rock
that makes you want to throw a party with your mates,
that you won’t remember after you’ve come to, will
Always rule our hearts.

What artists have inspired you as a
musician?

Where do we start? There’s so many. We grew up on the
likes of Motley Crue, Def Leopard Poison, Firehouse etc…!
Now, more modern bands that are continuing to raise the on many radio stations globally, and we’re blown away by the fact people can’t seem to get
flag of sleaze, such as Crash-diet Reckless Love etc – we enough of it. It’s great
love and admire them all!
