1. Deathmace have a brutal sound, how would you describe it and INTERVIEW WITH
what bands are influences for you?

Deathmace's sound is mainly a combination of death and thrash
metal, but we also have a sprinkling of black metal and a touch of
punk/grind filth to keep things interesting. Primary influences are
old school thrash and death metal bands - way too many to name

   2. You performed at The Underworld in Camden for Live Evil Festival.
Do you have any venues you prefer playing at, or say any venues
you hope to play in the future?
One of our all-time favourites is The Fulford Arms in York. It's the
perfect size for this kind of music, the atmosphere is amazing and
                           .

mentioned before, I took a lot of influence from the more commercial
output of classic metal bands when writing this song. The 'hits' by
bands like Maiden, Dio, WASP and Priest. I wanted a simple, vocal-
driven song that'd go down well live. Don't expect any woah-oh-oh
choruses or big melodies, but it's definitely the most accessible
song we've ever had. Lyrically, you can probably guess there's
