Valley of the Son of Hinnom
In the time of the First Temple, Ben Hinom valley is a place of worship
for deities.
In the worship (they) sacrifice children and burn them alive. Because of
these harsh stories, the name “Ben Hinom valley” becomes the religious
concept “hell”.
Chazal write that from this place one can see fire and smoke, and there is
the entrance to hell…
