Hamantaschen
Put half a kilo flour, two hundred grams butter, half a cup sugar, two eggs,
a little salt and quarter cup water in a mixer until (you) have dough. Put the
dough in the refrigerator for two hours.
In a pan put half a cup milk with seventy five grams poppy seeds, seventy
grams raisins and four tablespoons honey.
Open the dough and cut into circles. Put a teaspoonful of poppy in each
circle and close the circles into a hamantach. Put in the oven at a hundred
and eighty degrees for ten minutes.
