Getting Ready for the Holidays
The High Holidays are already here and New Year’s Eve comes after a
weekend, and that means one thing: the stores will be closed for several
days, and (you) have to get ready. Some have already been shopping for
two weeks, and some only remembered (to do it) last minute. Even (those)
who are guests can’t dodge - (you) have to look for gifts - wine, flowers,
or something less cliché. And while most of the people of Israel stand in
the kitchen or in line for the supermarket, there are also those who spend
the holiday eve at the beach or a hotel. As long as it’s happy!
