What To Do with the Terror
In the Arab neighborhoods of Jerusalem (they) feel what’s called the ‘breathing quarantine’. There
are many soldiers and police officers everywhere, who check suspected people. The Arab residents
think that this causes the opposite outcome. As of right now, the ‘breathing quarantine’ achieves its
purposes, but the residents are saying that even this can’t stop a youngster who wants one morning,
on his own, to commit [to do] a terror attack.
