Coffee is Good
How many cups of coffee did you have today? If you didn’t exaggerate,
you might have extended your life expectancy a bit. The big news is meant
for (those) who can’t pass a single day without having coffee, or more
precisely for (those) who have about three cups of coffee every day. A new
study including more than half a million people around the world reveals
that (those) who drink between two and three cups of coffee every day,
reduce their chance of dying early by eighteen percent. Over the years
coffee was regarded as one of the (most) controversial drinks; there were
those who recommended to refrain from drinking it or simply reduce
consumption (of it), but in recent years the world of research thinks the
other way around. According to scientific publications from recent years,
coffee reduces the chance of getting Alzheimer’s, liver disease and heart
disease. It’s still important to remember that drinking coffee has quite a
few side effects, like increased alertness, which can lead to sleep
disturbance. So for the addicts among you, don’t be quick to use this as an
excuse just yet, the experts recommend not to exceed five cups of coffee
per day.
