Katsav is Released

After five years and two weeks, former President Katsav is released from prison today. In prison
Moshe Katsav signs forms and meets with the prison warden for the last time. Many people wait for
him outside, his wife and brother as well. Katsav returns to his home, but he’s not allowed to leave
it at night time, and if he wants to work he can, but he’s not allowed to be near women. Nine years
ago Moshe Katsav goes [into] prison while saying he’s not guilty. Today he comes out, as a man
who has nothing.
