סערת כוס הקפה החלה במידע שהגיע למשרד.על קניית כוס הקפה היומית החליטו היום לא מעט ישראלים פשוט לוותר
בבדיקה מדגמית. בחלק גדול ממכונות הקפה בישראל יש סכנה של מתכות רעילות: שטען,הכלכלה ממשווק מכונות קפה
המשווקת מכונות,שעשו משרדי הבריאות והכלכלה התברר כי עיקר הבעיה הוא במכונות של חברת "ביאנקי" האיטלקית
אלפי מכונות שלה. וכן במכונות הקפה של חברת "לה פאבוריטה" הישראלית, כולל חברת שטראוס,לחברות רבות בישראל
ברוב החברות. "קופיז" ועוד," "רולדין," תחנות הנוחות "סונול," "קפה גרג," "ביגה,"נמצאות בין היתר ברשת "קפה קפה
הבעיה היא לא, חשוב להדגיש.מיהרו היום להחליף אותן ודאגו גם לתדרך עובדים כיצד להתמודד עם לקוחות מודאגים
גם מכונות הקפה הביתיות על הכוונת; רק שני סוגים, ועכשיו. אלא במים שעוברים בחלקי המתכת של המכונה,בקפה עצמו
.נבדקו עד כה והמשרד ירחיב זאת בבדיקת ענק כשיסיים לבדוק את אלפי מכונות הקפה התעשייתיות בכל רחבי הארץ

A Storm in a Cup of Coffee
Quite a few Israelis decided to just pass on buying (their) daily cup of coffee today. The coffee cup
storm started with information that came to the Ministry of Economy from an espresso machine
distributer, who claimed (that) in a large part of espresso machines in Israel there is a toxic metal
danger. In a random test the Ministries of Health and Economy conducted, it turned out that the
majority of the problem is in machines by the Italian Bianchi company, which markets machines to
many companies in Israel, including Strauss (company), as well as the Israeli La Favorita
company’s machines. Thousands of its machines are at the Café Café, Biga, Greg Café coffee
houses among others, Sonol’s comfort shops, Roladin, Cofizz and others. In most companies (they)
hurried to change them today and made sure to also brief (their) employees on how to handle
concerned costumers. It is important to emphasize, the problem isn’t the coffee itself, but the water
that goes through the machine’s metal parts. And now home espresso machines are also targeted;
only two kinds have been tested so far and the Ministry will expand it in a mega-test when it’s done
testing thousands of industrial espresso machines all over the country.
