Note: to erase a line, choose ‫מחק שורה‬, I think you can right click the mouse for this
option.

It’s important to remember that if the bill is in shekel it still must be recorded in both
priority and crm (everything in crm must be priority and vice versa). When putting in
CRM, use Bank of Israel exchange rate and document in the notes what the exchange
rate was for that day and how you got to that price).

Checking exchange rate on Priority:
In the bottom row tabs there is

‫המרה > שער המרה‬/‫חשבונית פרטים נוספים> תאר משלוח > מטבע הצמדה‬
Here you will see the option for the exchange rate. If the exchange rate listed on

Priority is different from BOI, change it to match BOI.

When retrieving an old invoice number, after you’ve looked up the invoice, under the tab
(‫ )אסמכתא‬there is the invoice # (it will start with PT).

**If a price is given w/ VAT:
Divide price by 117, then times 100: This is the price before VAT.
Then to double check, times this amount by 1.17 and you should get the w/VAT price

again.

To retrieve a draft:
Go into ‫ חשבונית עסקה‬like you’re about to create a new invoice then click ‫ אסמכתאות‬in

the tabs in the upper level (middle) there is:
> ENTER > ‫ > טיוטה‬11F > ‫סטטוס‬

Then press the little box that looks like a magnifying glass next to “‫”חשבונית‬
***If you want to see all of the drafts, press F4.

Payments (GROUPS)

By check :
I must receive the check in my hands, then ask Yoel to sign it. Close it in CRM

(Yehudit will close it in Priority). I will deposit check into bank.

By bank transfer:
Yehudit checks to see if there was a bank transfer, then she will send an email to me

and I will check if it’s one of my group’s w/ a balance (you should keep track of the balance
so that you know what amount in shekel to look for). Email will most likely have a screen
shot of the balance transfer in bank account and be titled with “...‫”זיכוי מטח בבנק‬
