To close (Bank Transfer) in CRM
Go to order and add payment. Choose today's date. Put Bank Transfer (USD OR
ILS). In the notes put the date received by bank, bank name, international account, where
paid in dollars or shekels, how much they sent vs what we receive (bank fees) Normally
Yehudit will include in email). Reply in email and say it’s closed. Notes that there is a
$30.00 fee for bank transfers.
To get into old invoices on Priority open priority the same way you would if you were creating
a new invoice. Before putting in the name of the client, press the F11 button the box will
change colors, type the client you want to search, then press enter. You should now see all
the prior invoices. Speak with someone from Finance if you are experiencing trouble
navigating through Priority.
Creating a new group account:
First when receiving a request to make a new invoice for a new group, confirm that it
is for JLM (institutions are handled by Tanya and TLV handles their own group invoices),
when the group is meant to pay (if by payment plan or not), and contact info of the person
responsible for receiving the invoice.
When creating in CRM, make sure to add all available info and put “person type” as
‘client group.’ Remember to take the id# located in the URL in CRM under the new profile for
later use. You must put Israel as the country in CRM.
In Priority, you will add for both merkaz and international:
put > > שם לקוחput the id# from crm in here קשרי לקוחות > לקוחות > לקוחות >מם לקוח
> הפיכת לקוח זמני ללקוחput name again > > ש"מ לועזיthe name of the group
Remember that this is all located at the top of the screen on the right side.
