How to cancel a subscription:
You will receive several emails asking you to cancel an eBook, e-tone, or GDL subscription.
For all subscriptions, a student may cancel by logging into their UlpanOr account, select
‘account’ tab, click ‘subscriptions’ tab (at the top) and there they may cancel any current
subscriptions.
In the case of GDL, I would make sure someone from the GDL department was also made
aware of the student’s request.
This method is the same for any student who would like to cancel a GDL lesson; there is
form for canceling a GDL lesson under the ‘subscriptions’ tab.
