Binyan Hitpa’el - Infinitives
In Binyan לֵע פ ְת ִה we have some distinct characteristics:
Verbs associated with this Binyan have the same sound pattern
HIT.. A.. E.. in the past tense as the sound pattern of the name of Binyan
Hitpa'el (HITpA'El) suggests.
Binyan Hitpa'el includes many very useful verbs such as:
ן ֵת ח ְת ִה ר ֵש ק ְת ִה ם ֵד ק ְת ִה שֵב ל ְת ִה
Got married Called, Progressed Got dressed

Pay attention again: all of these verbs have the vowels HIT.. A.. E.. for third

The infinitive form usually begins with ְת ִהְל and has three syllables and the
sound is:
