Rabies in the North

For several months there (has been) a big rabies problem in Bet She’an and the Gilbo’a that (they)
have to deal with. The Ministry of Health thinks that the best option is to spread poison that would
kill a lot of animals before the rabies reaches Tel Aviv as well, but Minister of Agriculture Uri Ariel
thinks that this isn’t a good option. He says that the poison really isn’t good for nature. The number
of people who were hurt by rabies has only been going up in recent years, and in two thousand
seventeen it reached seventy four. Rabies is very dangerous and can also kill, and in Bet She’an
(they) need the government’s help as soon as possible.
