What makes Tu-Bishvat Seder different from Pesach Seder?
On Psach Seder we eat Matzos – tonight it's all about fruits.
On Pesach Seder we drink wine of all colors – tonight Red and White only
On Pesach seder we tell about coming out of Egypt – tonight we praise the fruits.
The best place to celebrate Tu Bishvat is the Land of Israel.

The Song of the Field

Know that every shepherd and shepherdess has a unique melody for each of the
grasses and for each place where they herd. For each and every grass has its
own song and from these songs of the grasses, the shepherds compose their
songs... How wonderful it would be if one could only be worthy of hearing the
song of the grass. Each blade of grass sings out to God without any ulterior
motive and without expecting any reward. It is most wonderful to hear its song
