The Symphony Poem
Marcel Moseri writes a poem about Symphony cheese:
I don’t need to recite just words, sometimes instead of a poem I take out a
grain bread from the drawer.
I don’t like classic poetry and harmony, I like harsh words.
In a poem, like with food, the taste is what matters,
Lots of cheese and a few black olives, some basil and slices of tomato,
And come on, you can repeat the whole thing again.
