Goodbye, Shimon Peres

Wednesday is the State of Israel’s first day without Shimon Peres. Many politicians from the right
don’t agree with Peres’ political standpoints, but now even they speak of him with love. Shimon
Peres dies at the Tel-Hashomer hospital on Tuesday night, with (his) whole family beside him.
Leaders from all over the world are coming to the funeral on Friday. Peres’ grave is at Har Herzl,
between the graves of Yitzhak Rabin and Yitzhak Shamir, two men who run the country along with
him. Peres always says that the thing he hates most is resting. Now he can rest forever.
