YEAR 12 VALEDICTORY DINNER AND GOLD COLOURS
YEAR 12 V ALEDICT ORY DINNER AND GOLD COL OURS
With the lockdown of Semester 2 extending almost to the
end of the School year, it was not until 6 December that the
th
graduations of our Year 12 students could be celebrated and,
as our usual venue, the Fairmont Resort, was unavailable, the
Valedictory Dinner returned to Cuff Hall for the first time in
almost twenty years.
The regulations restricted the event to students and staff only,
however, the event was livestreamed and recorded for parents
and families at home. Given the restrictions, we were thrilled
that Ms Amanda SprattMs Amanda Spratt (pictured top right), triple Olympian
2005 BMGS Alumnus
(Road Cycling) and 2005 BMGS Alumnus, was still able to join us,
albeit via a ‘live cross’ from her home.
Among the highlights of the evening were the final School performances by HSC Music students
Gabriella Antarakis (vocalist), Brendan Symons (piano) and Michayla Clark (cello), who are
pictured below.
