Glitter, feathers, leather, and plenty of stilettos created a rainbow of colors and
textures in the crowd at MGM Music Hall. Fans dressed to impress their Queen.

Kim Petras, affectionately known as The Queen of Halloween, made Boston,
Massachusetts, the third stop on her Feed the Beast World Tour.

The excitement cascading down from the third-floor seats to those standing on the

floor was tangible. The music hall went dark. Red lights illuminated the iron maiden
at the center of the stage. The cabinet opened displaying the spikey interior as
Petras emerged wearing a silver mask.

She launched into her song “Feed The Beast” as the medieval torture device
disappeared into the stage behind her. Petras danced and sang through the five-

act show, plus a three-song encore, seemingly never tiring. Pulling songs from
albums Problematique, Feed The Beast, Turn Off The Light, Slut Pop, and her
many singles, director William Baker helped Petras use her music to create a

Dante’s Inferno-themed story.
