On March 3, 1946, the Gadjah Mada

College Hall was established in

Yogyakarta with two sections: Law

and Literature. On December 16,

1949, the colleges in Yogyakarta,

Solo, and Klaten were merged into

Universiteit Negeri Gadjah Mada,

19, 1949. Prof. Dr. A. Sardjito became
