             Wilson  Fortaleza,  a  founding  fellow  of  the  Center  for  Power  Issues  &  Initiatives  (CPII)  and
             vice  president  of  the  CentRE,  is  an  ardent  advocate  of  renewable  energy  and  energy
             democracy.  A spokesperson of Partido Manggagawa (Labor Party-Philippines), Fortaleza also
             writes  for  a  local  newspaper,  and  publishes  research  papers  and  policy  studies  on  power
             industry, labor, human rights and other social issues.
