B. Analyze

1. What is the most effective guiding principle in teaching? Is there such thing?

I think that the best guiding principle in teaching is knowing that the word best is
flexible in accordance to your students. As teachers we are expected to be
versatile, we should make our teaching strategies dependent on the needs of the
students with that I believe that there is no such thing as most effective guiding
principle in teaching.

2. What is the importance in using various reacting techniques?

I think the importance of various reacting techniques is that it allows the teachers
to be more sensitive in a way that the students would not feel embarrassed if they
answered the questions incorrectly. In that way, instead of being demotivated I
think the students would even engage because the teacher shows non-violent
reactions.

3. Did the teacher state the learning objectives/ Intended learning outcomes (ILOs)
at the beginning of the class? How did he/she share them?

In our class, Ms. Abi tends to directly discuss the lesson instantly. She doesn’t
provide the class listed intended learning outcomes instead before and after each
lesson she tends to remind the students why is a particular lesson needs to be
studied.
