THOMAS PRINDLE is the new director of
marketing at both KING PINE SKI AREA and
PURITY SPRING RESORT, NH, as well as other
Hoyt Family-managed businesses. Prindle
was previously director of marketing for
both Attitash Mountain Resort and Wildcat Mountain, NH,
for the past five years.
PHILIP DIANA is the new director of lodging
operations at SOLITUDE MOUNTAIN RESORT,
a Deer Valley Resort. In his 16th year of
employment at Solitude, Diana has worked
in a variety of positions in the lodging divi- summer operations, and IT as well.

MARK THORPE, longtime employee of Aspen
Skiing Company, Colo., is the new chair
of the ANSI B77 COMMITTEE. He follows
Maynard Russell, who has served as interim
chair for past five years. Thorpe has been
lift maintenance manager at Aspen Snowmass since 2010.
He served on the RMLA board from 2007 to 2015, and has
been on the ANSI ASC B77 Committee since 2012.
POWDR CORP has appointed ski industry
veteran DAN HOOPER as general manager at
its Las Vegas resort, LEE CANYON. Hooper
worked at several resorts before joining Lee
Canyon in 2011 as director of the ski and
ride school, guest services, and rental and retail operations.
