Adverse Drug Reactions
Definition:
"is a response to a drug that is noxious and unintended and which occurs at doses normally
used in humans for the prophylaxis, diagnosis or therapy of disease or for the modification of
a physiological function. " WHO, 1970 Since 2012"
ADR also could result from medication errors and uses outside the terms of the marketing
authorisation, including the misuse and abuse of the medicinal product.
