c. GPT, GOT, γ GTP, ALT.
Anti-hypercholesterolemic
Coronary heart disease is attributed to developing of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl
Co A reductase (HMG-Co A).
Mechanism of action
✓ Inhibit HMG-Co A reductase.
✓ Decrease LDL, cholesterol, plasma lipid peroxide.
✓ Increase HDL.
