Types of Chemical markers

• Palisade ratio is the average number of pali- sade cells
  beneath one epidermal cell of a leaf. It is determined by
  counting the palisade cells beneath four contiguous
  epidermal cells. Camera lucida and drawing board was
  arranged for drawings.
