Types of Chemical markers
• Vein islet is the minute area of photosynthetic tissue
encircled by the ultimate division of the conducting strands
per mm2 of leaf surface.
• Vein termination number is the number of veinlet
terminations per mm2 of leaf surface.

Lucida.
