Filtration Degassing
❑ Filtration can be performed off-line or online to remove
particulate matter.
❑ Off-line filtration can be performed using:
✓ Aqueous Filter (PVDF): Activation with water.
✓ Organic Filter (PTFE): Activation with MeOH.
❑ Online filtration is performed in situ using a filter on the
intake tubing in the Mobile Phase Reservoir.
