Off-line Degassing
❑ Helium degassing = Purging or sparging or Gently bubbling
He through the mobile phase for a few minutes.
❑ Ultrasonication = Sonic baths to mix & degas mobile phases.
❑ Vacuum degassing = Applying a vacuum alone or in
combination with filtration.
