   removing undesired parts e.g. Cork from ginger
   rhizome.

✓ Incorrect drying conditions and stability
   concerns may result in loss of thermolabile
   active constituents.

✓ Inappropriate storage can result in microbial
   contamination or loss of active constituents; e.g.
   volatile oils which have not been stored in cool,
   dry place and in air tight containers.
