[3] HYDROGEN SULPHIDE IN WATER :

❑* SOURCES & SIGNIFICANCE :
- Drinking water is not allowed to contain any hydrogen

  sulfide due to its toxicity (Thiohaemoglobin).
- Hydrogen sulphide occurs in water supplies as a result

  of bacterial and/or chemical processes.
