SBSM strongly advocates participation in extracurricular activities.
Our students have participated and achieved outstanding success across various domains. A few

of these are Cluster competitions for KHO-KHO, volleyball, gymnastics, badminton, semi-classical
dance competition, CBSE Expression Series, Heritage quiz and Ted Ed talks conducted by Young
Indians where 26 of our students have recorded videos for the same.

Active participation in the 28 CBSE Reading Day, Reading Week, and Reading Month
underscored our dedication to fostering a love for literature. Mass runs, competitions, and street
plays, all emphasized the profound importance of reading in our students' lives.

Travel broadens the mind. It is one of the ways to enhance personal growth. Students from class 6
to 12 enjoyed visiting places like Tadoba National Park the tiger reserve in Maharashtra, Hampi
Karnataka, one of the most beautiful historic sites in India and the beautiful state of Odisha on the
shores of Bay of Bengal.
