Our 2 Guru Sahib: Guru Angad Dev Ji

Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji was the Second Guru of the Sikhs.
He was born in 1504 at Matte di Sarae in Punjab, India.
His father was Bhai Pheru Mal Ji and his mother was
Mata Daya Ji.
His wife, Mata Khivi Ji did sewa in Langar. She is famous
for cooking and serving yummy Kheer that we still get in
Langar.
Guru Angad Dev Ji gave us many important messages.
1. He told us to do sewa. There are many kinds of
sewa. Whenever you are helping someone, you are
doing sewa. How can you help others?
2. He told everyone to take care of their health. He
started wrestling for boys.
