Lesson 6: Karta Purakh krqw purKu

Karta Purakh means God is the creator. How can we be creators? How can
the concept of ‘Karta Purkh’ make us a better person?

Waheguru has given us immense capabilities to be creative. We have hands
to work, brain to think, eyes and ears to learn. By combining our knowledge

and skills with actions, we can create new things. Farmers grow crops,
carpenters make furniture, and scientists invent new things. It is through
creativity that we can now fly faster than birds in an airplane! All these

inventions have made the world a better place.

How can you be creative? First of all do the things that make this world a
better place. Then do it in the best way you can.

1. When you study, do it well and increase your knowledge. Think how this
knowledge can help others or yourself.

2. When you do your homework, do it as nicely as you can.

3. When you make your bed, do the best job you can and make a beautiful
bed to sleep in.

4. When you clean up your room, create a neat and clean environment. Do
you know that a cleaner space makes us less anxious, and we can focus

better on our work?

5. You can also create a sandwich, a salad or snack to eat.
