With over a decade’s worth of
experience in the Coffee Industry,
Jon’s expertise in consulting and
barista training have reached some of
the most established specialty and
commercial coffee shops, as well as
catering, food-to-go and restaurant
services in the UK and internationally.

Driven and enthused by providing
training of the highest quality, Jon
creates a safe and encouraging
learning environment for all his
trainees, consequently improving
industry standards, and providing
people with better coffee.
