Welcome to the March & April edition

Brewing.
It was tremendous to be invited to
the Stokes Barista Championship held
at The Lawn in Lincoln, just before
Easter. I had the opportunity to meet
many people working within the
industry to ensure that hot drink
standards remain high and push the
barriers to create new coffee-based
drinks too.
The team at Stokes created an
evening of fun for all the competitors
and the audience too. Everybody who
took part in the competition had
worked very hard to ensure that they
worked at the highest level on the
night. The overall winner was Adam,
