Castor School was originally constructed in 1948 with additions in 1956, 1962 and 2009. The 2009 project increased the size of the school and what is generally a major retrofit where most of the mechanical equipment was replaced or upgraded. With the exception of domestic water heater and some isolation valves for fixtures there should be no major replacements in the next 10 years.
Isolation valves serving rooms/fixtures throughout: $64,000. Domestic water heaters: $12,000.
