hen a school teaches values, it is not just building better students—it is creating better human beings. Employers
today look beyond mark sheets, they seek employees with integrity, teamwork, and leadership—all rooted in values.
Parents, teachers, and society at large must work in tandem to ensure that values are treated not as an optional
            subject, but as a priority.

In the race to prepare our children for IITs, medical colleges, and global careers, let us not forget to prepare them for
life. Academic knowledge may equip them for jobs, but values will equip them for relationships, community life, and
inner peace. Let us strive to raise not just successful professionals but also kind citizens, ethical leaders, and
            empathetic humans.

As the saying goes, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” Teaching values is not an
additional responsibility—it is the very soul of education.
