Practice gratitude — it shifts your focus from what is missing to what is meaningful. Pursue passions not for likes but
for love and affection. Reconnect with people in real life. Have conversations that don’t involve typing. And most
importantly, “Be present where your feet are!”
Everyone is on their own path and not all success is loud. Sometimes, the most powerful progress happens quietly. So
if you feel left out, remember this — “You are not falling behind; you are unfolding at your own pace.”
At the heart of the matter, it is not about chasing every moment to share online — it is about cherishing the ones you
live.
So when FOMO creeps in, ask yourself —
“What do I truly need right now?”
