The Consulate is open to the public from Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 09.30 to 14.00 excluding public holidays. Phone lines open 09.00 to
17.00

number (+351) 213 924000 provides details on how to proceed in case of an
emergency and to contact a duty officer if needed.
Safety Advice
Do keep a separate record of traveller's cheque numbers and credit card numbers.
Do not countersign traveller's cheques until at the exchange bureau
Do not leave credit cards, passports and valuable items in the car or boot when going
shopping or sightseeing.
