Slide and Splash, Lagoa„ is probably the largest
water park on the Algarve. It has grassed areas and
snack bars, although you can take a picnic.

Aqua Show on the road to Quarteira from the EN125
has an excellent area for toddlers to play in, although
the park may be a bit tame for older children if they
are fearless in water.

The Karting Circuit in Almancil is great for adults
and children alike. It has a 760m go-cart track
based on the Brazilian Formula-1 circuit of
Jacarepagua and 2 smaller tracks. Open until late, 7
days a week. Adult Track (160cc, 390cc and 400cc
go carts), Junior Track (120cc), Babies Track (Mini
F1), Rodeo, Trampolines, Mini Boats, Indoor Mini Z,
Mechanical bull, Snack-Bar open all day for snacks
and drinks.

Nightlife

Many of the restaurants and bars in the area have live music several nights a week.
There are also a number of clubs in the area.

Vilamoura Casino has all the usual gaming
facilities as well as a cabaret show and a disco
downstairs. Smart dress essential and if you wish
to play the tables you must take your passport.

At Buganvilia Plaza are the T-clube and
Trigonometria. Both have a great atmosphere,
both adults only with Trigonometria appealing to
the younger crowd.

THE club in the Algarve is Kadoc, which is just off
the EN125 on the Olhos D'Agua/Acoteias road. It
doesn't get going until 1 or 2 in the morning and holds about 3000 bodies.
