Eating In

You have a choice of five places to eat if you
choose to stay in for your meals. Inside there is
the formal dining room and the breakfast
kitchen. In the summer most guests prefer the
outside ground floor dining area on the pool
terrace, under a shaded pergola. For afternoon
tea you could use the table and chairs on the
first floor terrace. The covered, well lit, built in
gas barbecue and outside kitchen is
conveniently located on the pool terrace next to
the dining area and close to the kitchen. There is also a further table and chairs at the
back of the main lawn.

Kitchen utensils

We have endeavoured to provide all the kitchen equipment and utensils you could
possibly need, which you will find in the kitchen cupboards and drawers and the larder
cupboard in the corridor next to the kitchen. If you think there is anything else you need
please ask the management company who will do their best, within reason, to provide it.

Sufficient crockery, glassware and cutlery are provided for 10 persons and the maids can
immediately replace any missing, scratched or broken items if you ask them.

As well as the larder fridge in the kitchen, there is an American style fridge freezer in the
cupboard next to the kitchen and a second larder fridge at the bottom of the stairs
leading to the basement which is particularly suitable for storing drinks.

Take-away food
A number of restaurants in the area offer good quality
take-away meals

Koko - casual bistro style food for breakfast, lunch and
dinner

Pure Boutique Café – homemade desserts, salads &
sandwiches.

Chinese Gourmet – Chinese. Located in Almancil

Pizzeria Casavostra – Pizzas and pasta.

Senor Frango – Chicken and ribs.

Sushi Kappa – Sushi and other Japanese dishes.

Interesting Food Stores

Apolonia – the best selection of English and Continental food.

Lidl or Aldi – especially good for German foods.
