YOUR ARRIVAL

In order to give the maids time to prepare the villa properly for your arrival, your arrival
time at the villa cannot be before 14.00 hrs. but we can arrange for you to leave
luggage beforehand if requested.
KEYS
The villa keys are obtained from the Quinta do Lago Security Office at the entrance to
Quinta do Lago after 13.00hrs on the day of your arrival (open 24hrs a day). The villa
key and a remote control for the electric entrance gates, together with information on
arriving at the villa, are in a Key Envelope with your name and arrival date on the front.
Proof of identity may be required

LOCATION OF THE SECURITY OFFICE (VIGIQUINTA)
From the roundabout at the entrance to Quinta do
Lago, where you will see a water feature with the “Q”
symbol, take the fourth exit on the right towards Pin-
heiros Altos. The Quinta do Lago Security Office is the
single storey building on the right and there is visitor
parking at the front. The reception desk is through the
main central door and this is open 24 hours a day

ALARM CODE
The villa is fully alarmed with a link to the Quinta do Lago
security office and you will be provided with an alarm code
separately. Further information on operating the electric
gates and turning off the alarm when you arrive at the villa is
in the Key Envelope you collect on arrival.
