VILLA MANAGEMENT
The villa and gardens are managed by Colin Skinner
Services. Their offices are open Monday-Friday
9.a.m to 5.30 p.m. Tel.No: 289 399543 - prefix if
dialling from the UK is 00 351. Their email is
Irina.neves@colinskinner.pt. Full contact details of
all the property service providers are available in
the villa. The garden is maintained once each week,
usually on a Wednesday, and the pool on Saturday.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
If you have any difficulty in getting into the villa or
have an emergency problem on arrival (e.g. no elec-
tricity) you can contact the villa management company, Colin Skinner Services ,on
this mobile number 96 4457305, as their main office is closed on Saturday and
Sunday. Prefix this numbers with 00351 if you are using a UK registered mobile
phone. Please only ring if you have a genuine emergency as you will find
comprehensive information in the villa
MAID SERVICE
Maid service is provided 5 days per week, Monday to
Friday, plus a departure clean on the day of your de-
parture. The daily maid service excludes public
holidays (listed in the Villa Information Manual).
If you require additional maid or laundry service this
can be arranged directly by phone or email with Colin
Skinner at a supplementary cost
LINEN CHANGE
The bed linen is changed on Tuesday & Fri-
day except the Friday prior to your depar-
ture day. This means it is only changed
once if you are staying for a week.
BATHROOM TOWEL CHANGE
The bathroom towels are changed on Tues-
day & Friday except the Friday prior to your
departure day.
