Determination of MBC

MBC can be determined in both methods (macro and micro-broth dilutions) by

subculturing the dilution representing the MIC and at least two more concentrated

dilutions of the test product on n. agar plates determine the survival CFU/ml.

MBC=lowest concentration that can inhibit the growth of the tested bacteria
