Success in Serving Your Country in Conflict and Peace

The San Diego area has always been the land of the
free and the home of the brave. These two attractive
and active young ladies are two more of the same.
Bryana Jordan, a nine year veteran of Afghanistan
and Iraq; and Hannah Stewart also of eight years in the
same theaters.
Although, these two women never knew each other
while serving overseas, they were both proud mem-
bers of The United States Marine Corps. Bryana hails
from Texas and did her basic and advanced training
as US Marine Corp Aircraft Support in Parris, Island
and Camp Le Jeune. Hannah came originally from
Arkansas and went through similar basic and advanced
training on the East Coast US Marine Corps as ground
field wire-man.

Both, after serving their country overseas, landed on
the West Coast at Camp Pendelton and were here to
stay. They met in similar circumstances looking for a
civilian job, and both were accepted into the Security
Department of Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort in
Valley Center, San Diego. San Diego Woman

After a year of success in their jobs, Hannah is now
lead on the Security night shift. Liked and respected by
her fellow employees and security force, she is continu- 9
ing her career. Bryana is now dealer lead in the table
games section and is serving an internship for dual rat-
ing. They continue to see each other and are friends.
When asked to comment on their service and experi-
ences, both were quite enthusiastic in their responses.
Bryana replied that she would do it again in a heart
beat. With those nine years in the USMC and her tours
overseas plus her times under fire, these were the
finest experiences of her life with the best folks in the
world at her side. Hannah was equally enthusiastic
in saying that she would repeat it again without any
second thoughts to serve with her comrades in arms
and do service for her country. “I was proud and still am
today”.
Both commented that upon serving they themselves
were much better persons for it. As a result,
these young ladies made it in the sense of several
tours each serving in war zones and surviving to return
home with the always present memories of experiences
and comrades that are no longer with them. They made
the transformation and big jump with success from
“veterans” to “civilian” life. This civilian life as success-
