     some time with San Diego Woman Magazine and share some of her
     fitness secrets to help our readers get in shape for the hot weather.
     I first encountered Tracy in an unusual place, behind the seat of a brand
     new Buick.  Tracy and Buick recently announced their partnership to

      When I sat down with Tracy one on one, the first question I had to ask
     was if she could provide some tips for getting in shape for summer.  She
     graciously shared her wisdom for our readers. “The first really important fact
     that you need to keep in mind is that you must be realistic with how much
     time it takes to get your body in shape.  Consider that you take five minutes
     every day to brush your teeth, and your teeth are really small compared
     to the rest of your body.  Consider this when you decide how much time to
