Abbreviation used for auditorium

adjustment or correction of accounts. (3) An examined and verified account.

Balance Sheet

Statement showing a company’s financial position at the end of an accounting period; also
called Statement of Financial Position. It presents the entity’s assets, liabilities, and
stockholders’ equity at a specific point in time.

Bi-Daily (BID)

Twice a day administration of a medication

BIIB

The NASDAQ stock symbol for Biogen; also, a common abbreviation for the company used
internally.

Biogen Account Management System (BAM)

Tool used to acquire, change and turn off system access for employees and contractors

BiogenCONNECT

Portal that connects you to all of Biogen’s shared services (Human Resources, Finance & US
Payroll, Information Technology, Centralized Learning Services)
